The Lakers started off the picked up a great win after the Christmas break, with a convincing 57-35 win over Baker HS (OR). Senior Anton Strelnikov was spectacular, finishing with 16 points and 15 rebounds on 8/10 from the floor. Jalen Haralson finished with 10 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 steals on the night. Senior Danny Murray led the team in assists with 4, and Junior Cuba Smith provided a boost off the bench, scoring 7 points and collecting 2 boards. The Lakers will continue play in Portland throughout the weekend.
