The Director of Athletics is responsible for the marketing and promotion of La Lumiere School athletics. The Athletic Department strives to increase the exposure and showcase the accomplishments of student-athletes at La Lu not only on the court/field, but in the classroom as well. The goal centers around producing timely results and having the ability to assist others seeking information.
The Director of Athletics serves as the primary liaison between each athletic team and all media outlets. The Director of Athletics is responsible for the distribution of press releases and game day programs, web site updates, and team roster maintenance.

Interview Requests
All interviews with La Lumiere student-athletes or coaches can be arranged through the Director of Athletics, Adam Owens. If a member of the media would like to conduct a phone interview with a student-athlete or a coach, please call the Director of Athletics and leave a phone number along with a convenient time you can be reached for the student-athlete or coach to contact you. La Lumiere School will not release contact information on student-athletes or coaches.
Media outlets and Laker fans have the opportunity to follow up-to-the minute scores and news releases at lalumiereathletics.org, the official athletics web site.
