It was an electric Monday evening for the La Lumiere Lakers Girls Soccer Team, as they dominated the Hammond Morton Governors with an impressive 8-1 victory. The Lakers showcased their offensive skills, with Senior Avery Tegt and Sophomore Anna Balhoff each finding the back of the net twice, setting the tone for a commanding performance. Erin Morrison, Lucy Horn, Olivia Ross, and Nicole Herrera also contributed to the scoreboard, each adding a goal for the Lakers. This resounding victory is the 2nd straight win at Sullivan Field for the La Lumiere Girls Soccer team, after defeating Bethany Christian 2-1 this past Saturday. Next up for the Lakers is a road trip to Victory Christian Academy this Saturday, September 28th at 1:30pm.
