The La Lumiere boys soccer team earned their place in the SSAC Championship with a 2-0 semifinal victory over HAST on Thursday night.

The Lakers struck first when Eric Tseng buried a well-placed shot to give his team momentum early in the match. From there, La Lumiere's defense held strong, limiting HAST's chances and keeping the shutout intact.

Vincenzo Romeo doubled the lead, finishing off a smooth attacking sequence to seal the win for the Lakers.

With the result, La Lumiere advances to the SSAC Championship game!
