La Lumiere School

Eric Griffin enters his fourth season as the strength and conditioning Coach for the La Lumiere boys National Basketball Team. He was born and raised in Chicago and the surrounding areas, but currently resides in Michigan City. Eric is the owner of Elite Performance Academy in La Porte, Indiana where he trains athletes throughout the Region who want to reach their full athletic potential in Middle School, High School, College, and Professionally. 

He has a degree in Physical Therapy and currently works at an Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic in Michigan City. He specializes in sport-specific and position-specific speed, conditioning, & strength training, identifying modifiable risk factors for injury, and individualized program design. 

In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family. Eric is happy to be a part of the La Lumiere Family.
