The La Lumiere Lakers Girls Varsity pulled out a thrilling down-to-the-wire victory over Clinton Christian, winning 51–47 in a hard-fought battle.
Adri Forker led the way with an impressive 27 points, including clutch free throws late in the game that stretched a narrow one-point lead to four. Erin Morrison added 12 points to provide key scoring support, while Sloane Sampson came up big in the fourth quarter with two clutch field goals to keep the Lakers out in front when it mattered most.
A strong team effort and late-game composure sealed the exciting win for the Lakers.
