La Lumiere Lakers Boys Regional dominated Clinton Christian with a decisive 77–30 victory in Round 1 of the SSAC Tournament. The Lakers showcased balanced scoring and relentless defense throughout the game. Anton Wagner led all scorers with 15 points, followed by Chuck Wang with 14, AJ Muhirwa Ngagi with 9, and Constantin Wisser adding 8.

With the win, the Lakers advance to Round 2 of the SSAC Tournament and will travel to Heritage Christian (Dyer) on Thursday, January 22, with tipoff set for 6:00 PM CST.
