South Bend, IN - the La Lumiere Lakers regional boys basketball team showcased their prowess on Thursday night, hitting the road to face off against South Bend Career Academy. The Lakers dominated the game, securing a convincing victory with a final score of 75-51. With this win, La Lumiere improved their overall season record to an impressive 6-3.
Several standout performances contributed to La Lumiere's success, with Cuba Smith leading the charge by delivering an outstanding 16-point performance. Luca Asanaka and Will Chang also made significant contributions, scoring 12 and 10 points, respectively.
Looking ahead, the Lakers are set to return to their home court at historic Marsch Gymnasium on Saturday. They will face off against The Latin School of Chicago, with tip-off scheduled for 6:00 PM.
