Field House (The Barn)

The Field House, often referred to as "The Barn," is an arc-shaped building located across the parking lot from the Marsh Gymnasium. Built in the 1960s, it was originally a barn before being repurposed as La Lumiere's main gymnasium. This role continued until the Marsh Gymnasium was constructed.

Today, the Field House primarily serves as a practice facility for both the boys' and girls' basketball teams. It is also the venue for La Lumiere's annual 3-on-3 basketball competition, known as Bookstore Basketball.

In 2010, the Field House underwent significant renovations including replacing the floor, removing the bleachers, and adding a loft, enhancing its functionality and modernizing the space.
